Te invitamos a nuestra primera Reunión General del PTO el 28 de septiembre a las 7:00 p. m. La reunión será virtual, por Zoom. Las reuniones se realizan en inglés y en español.

Dear families,

This year, we are launching monthly schoolwide Community Meetings (see grade-level schedule below).

These gatherings help build a strong sense of community, celebrate student success, and highlight the monthly character trait from our Character Strong curriculum. The curriculum supports a positive school culture by teaching important life skills and promoting belonging, well-being, positive behavior, and academic engagement.

September Focus: Responsibility

During September, students explored the character trait of Responsibility during their daily Strong Start meetings and were encouraged to demonstrate responsible behavior throughout the school day.

Each month, teachers and staff nominate students who consistently model the featured character trait. During our Community Meetings, two students from each classroom will be recognized and celebrated for demonstrating the trait of the month.

Families Are Welcome!

We have made arrangements to accommodate families and are pleased to welcome parents and guardians to join us as we celebrate our students’ achievements and character growth.

If you plan to attend, please:

• Enter through the main entrance.
• Sign in at the security desk upon arrival.
• Leave the first section of bleachers for students and use the upper bleachers for seating.

October Character Trait: Kindness & Respect
